Saba® makes you feel #CómodaContigo.

Tiredness during your period is a really common symptom of PMS. This happens because of all the hormone levels changing and sometimes the pain that comes from the PMS. We understand that it’s hard, but there are a few things you can do about it.

Menstrual Journal

If you’re still struggling to understand your menstrual cycle, you might even think that you’re tired from some other activities. When you have a menstrual journal, you can see when your symptoms are starting and how intense they get.

Take care of what you eat

If you’re eating a lot of junk food because you have crazy cravings, this can also alter your energy levels. This is because junk food gives us a rush of energy, but it won’t last, and then we feel even more tired.

Good Night Sleep

It’s really important to get a proper night's sleep, especially during your period. Try to stay away from your phone and Netflix before going to sleep, and meditate for a couple of minutes.

Workout

Working out is a natural way to calm PMS because endorphins put you in a good mood and give you energy.

We recommend a low-intensity workout during your period to avoid overdoing it. Also, give your body the opportunity to have a proper rest.

Something Warm

When you’re on your period and you feel tired, a good way to get some rest is to apply some heat around you. Either a bath, a tea, or a really warm blanket can help to relax your muscles.

If even after all these tips you still feel really exhausted, and you can’t do your regular activities, we recommend going to your doctor ASAP.
