Saba® makes you feel #CómodaContigo.

Knowing where you are in your menstrual cycle can help you in so many ways. You can know when to expect your next period, so you can make plans around it. And it can help you be more aware of your body and its processes. Luckily, there are apps to help you keep track of your period!

A period tracker app is easy to use and could help you see things about your period you may never have noticed. Some trackers are basic. They only track the start and end date of your period then estimate when to expect your next one. Others allow you to log the presence and duration of cramps, headaches, and other symptoms or factors that could be helpful in learning more about your period. The best part is that you can have the app on your phone, so it’s easy to keep track.

When you use a period tracker you are more aware of what’s going on with your body. So you’ll know right away if you skip a period, or if you’re experiencing an unusual symptom during that time of the month. You’ll know to consult your doctor sooner if anything doesn’t add up on your tracker.

Keeping track of your period can tell you exactly when you need to stock up on pads and other menstrual hygiene products. Here’s an idea! That’s one less #periodproblem to worry about. 😉

If you’re TTC (trying to conceive), some trackers can chart your basal body temperature (BBT) and cervical mucus (i.e., discharge) to accurately predict when you’ll ovulate. So you can check your tracker for your most fertile days and try for that baby!

Our moms and grandmas had to track their periods on a calendar and count days. But we have this wonderful period tracking technology that does the work for us! So let’s use it to help us stay aware and alert of what’s happening with our bodies. 🤗
