Female orgasms have always been a mystery. They are complex and there’s sooooo many types. That’s why we’re gonna explain each one, so you can understand a little bit more about how women’s bodies work.

Let’s start…

What’s an orgasm?

An orgasm is the peak of sexual excitement. It’s a powerful feeling of physical pleasure and sensation, which includes a discharge of accumulated erotic tension. The genital muscles, including the uterus and introitus, experience rhythmic contractions around 0.8 seconds apart. These sensations are extremely pleasant.

Now that you know what an orgasm is, let’s see the types 😯.

Clitoral orgasm

You won’t believe this, but the clitoris has over 15k nerve endings. Most women reach an orgasm faster via clitoral stimulation, and with good reason: It has more nerve endings than any other human body part, male or female.

G-spot orgasm

This area is extremely sensitive and is between the pubic bone and the cervix. Stimulations of the G-spot can lead to orgasm. This is also the way that leads to female ejaculation, as it stimulates the Skene’s glands on either side of the urethra.

Stimulation of other body parts

There’s not a lot of information about orgasms caused by the stimulation of body parts that aren't the genitals, but this is what we know. People can experience orgasms through stimulation of the mouth, nipples, and breasts. This is because these body parts are connected to the same part of the brain as the clitoris. That’s why our brain can process the same type of pleasure.

Multiple orgasms

Multiple orgasms mean having several orgasms during one session of intercourse. Multiple orgasms are achievable, but it requires effort and practice. You need to know your body, and what turns you on the most.

We hope that after reading this article you know a little more about how your body works. Let’s say goodbye to all the taboos around sex. Being informed about our bodies and our sex life have many benefits. 😏
